for the awards listed below.
The 2007-2008
Campus Life Leadership Awards recognize the yearlong achievements of
students, faculty, staff and student organizations that positively
impact student life and growth at Wayne State University and the Detroit
community. Awards are categorized by type of positive impact to the
student, campus and/or community.
Anyone (WSU faculty,
staff or student) may nominate an individual or Wayne State student
organization; however no self-nominations will be accepted for
leadership awards intended for individuals. Each awards
committee will review and select the recipient(s) based upon the
established criteria for each. The awards will be presented at the
Campus Life Leadership Awards Banquet on Monday, April 14, 2008 at the
McGregor Memorial Conference Center. Individual award recipients will
also receive a $25 gift certificate to the WSU Barnes and Noble
Bookstore and student organizations award recipients will receive $100
in their agency account. There is no limit to the number of nominations
one person may submit.
