Peer Mentor Application
2008
iStart is designed for first-year students
to learn skills for a successful college career
right from iStart!

The three-day event will introduce academic skills, campus socialization and community involvement. As student leaders, the peer mentors will spend three days (August 28th, 29th and 30th) leading small groups of students through the Amazing Warrior Challenge, joining students for a book discussion, guiding them through financial literacy and time management activities and  participating in the Warrior Service Day.

Further, peer mentors will follow up with students during early academic assessment (usually mid-term) to learn how the first weeks have progressed. This is a paid position.

PEER MENTOR APPLICATION 2008 - Deadline for applications is May 12, 2008. Successful candidates will be trained in August.
